Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the original package or send a return anywhere without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or we otherwise agree to cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, personal-care goods that have been opened or used, hazardous materials, gift cards, and other items that cannot safely or reasonably be resold. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us first. Once an eligible return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been reviewed and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union Customers

If an order is shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer cancellation and return rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period where required by law, will apply.
